Can my husband removed my name fr his life insurance with his employer w/o letting me know or can he designate other w/o letting me know?

I am a lawyer in CT and practice in this area of the law. Unfortunately, the contract for insurance benefits is only between your husband and the insurance company. thus, you do not have a say as far as your husband's decision to change the beneficiary. i suggest talking to him about the change. I would also consider talking to a divorce atty as he may be contremplating this.
