Question Details: Hello, We have three children and I don't work. In case of divorce, will my husband be granted full custody of our little children (5, 3 and 2 years old)?

Are you out of work because the two of you agreed that you would stay home to take care of the children? Are you the primary caretaker of the children? Has the father participated in day to day child rearing? These are some of the questions the court will consider when it determines who will have primary custody.
