Can my fiance be sued if she used my credit card and I dispute the charge?

Question Details:

Can my fiance be sued if she used my credit card, for which she is not an authorized user, and I dispute the charge? It's for a vacation cruise that I feel is a scam.

If she was an authorized user, but your name is on the card, you can be held liable.  If there is a dispute as to the charge, you should dispute it.
