Can my ex-husband ask me to take my name off are house after 4 years.
Question Details: Me and my Ex husband have been divorce 4 years he stills has my name on the title of the house.and know he needs it off to sell it for a bigger one does he have to buy me out.

It will depend upon the specific provisions in your divorce decree, or the absence of such.
If the decree awarded the house to him without compensation to you, then you probably need to comply with the terms of the decree.
If you're entitled to compensation then you would not want to sign anything until you're assured of payment.
If the house isn't refered to in your decree at all, then, in Arizona, you have the same interest in the house now as you had then.
