Can my employer stop paying dental insurance premiums without giving us some kind of notice?

Question Details: We do not pay towards this. It is solely paid for by our employer, but all of a sudden, we have no dental insurance because they simply stopped paying the bill. I found this out when I went & had dental work done & ended up paying for it myself.

They can stop paying, but they do need to give you notice so that you don't incur large dental bills thinking you have insurance. You can demand that you employer pay this bill because they failed to warn you there was no more insurance. You should be prepared to sue if necessary to enforce it, and for the fallout from threatening or suing your company.
