Employment and Labor Law Answers

Yes, your company may make this a job requirement, and could terminate you for declining to use it. Companies have wide discretion about setting the terms, conditions, requirements, etc. for employment--basically, if it's not illegal in and of itself, a company can require it of its employees. There is nothing illegal about using a corporate credit card, so the company may make this a job requirement and may terminate you for refusing to do so.
