Can my boyfriend kick me and my kids out if we are both on the title?

We are not married, but we have been together for 10 1/2 years, with 2 kids. We are having major problems and we are no longer together and he wont leave. We are both one the title to our home. I just want to know can he make me an our kids leave or can he be the one to leave.
Technically, if both of your names are on the title and or deed as owners of the home, then you both have a possessory interest in the home and he has no legal right to evict you from the home.
