I am a lawyer in CT and practice in this area of the law.  Police officers are immune from any and all liability unless they violate a person's civil rights.  I believe that there are a lot a facts that you are leaving out.  for instance, why are the police searching your house?  how does the parking ticket lead the police to seach a house.  there may be a lot of facts that you are leaving out and i would need to know more facts about this in order to determine whether you have reason to believe that you have a cause of action.  Please re-ask your question and explain the situation in more detail as it does nort make sense that the police are searching your home due to a parking ticket and taking you to jail for not consenting to a search.
