Question Details: I was involved in a civil lawsuit that eventually cost me my job. Other people was also involved. Insurance company settled against my wishes. During deposition - defendant admitted that I was innocent of all charges. I also had felony charges that caused me to spend six days in jail. Case was dismissed because of lack of evidence. There are certain legal avenues that a person can purse under certain circumstances. I do not know if your situation qualifies as I simply do not know enough about what happened. One is called Abuse of Process and the other is called Malicious Prosecution. There are very strict requirements for bringing one of these law suits and an attorney would need to know all of the details of what happened to you in order to tell you if your situation would qualify.

If you would like to take the time to write out in cronoligical order for me, in great detail what happened. I would be happy to give you my opinion.

You can email me the information to LawyerSC@aol.com
