Can I sue the board of my condo for refusing to provide me information on the financial's of our condo reserves?

My condo board refuses to supply our financial, minutes meetings, amount in reserves. Can I sue to force them to supply this information. I have requested 5 months ago. They scheduled 3 different appointments with me and the management company and they would not provide me the records per board orders.

I would write the board of directors once last letter seeking the information you need by a certain date. Keep a copy of the letter for future need. If you do not get a response that you want by the desired deadline, your recourse would be to consult with an attorney who practices in the area of planned unit developments and to file a legal action for the information you need.
