Can I sue my former school for wanting me to pay back a loan when I had a poor experience and wasn't given what I was supposed to get from them?

Question Details:

I recently went 2 a school and they were supposed to give me a certificate based on completing 6 months of school work and a 3 month internship (which they didn't find me). I went to school for 6 months. They found me an internship but at the last minute the internship site stopped accepting students and no one notified me about it. It took them 3 months to find me that one and then they lost my entire classes test; when we asked the teacher she said she didn't know. I finally withdrew and now I have a 5k loan to pay them when I feel like I shouldn't have to pay; the school is unprofessional.

You can sue your school, and should definitely not have to pay your loan.  If the loan was a State or Federal loan, contact the government and report the abuse.
