I am a lawyer in CT and practice in this area of the law. I am not sure i understand your question. Medical advice is given by a doctor, not a insurance agent or company. there is no basis for you to rely on medical advice from these entities. If you believe that a doctor gave you the wrong medical advice i suggest that you seek a second opinion before you jump to conclusions and file a lawsuit.
