Can I sue a restaurant that does not accommodate people of my size?

Question Details:

I have been into several restaurants that do not have tables with chairs to pull out to accommodate extra large people they have only booths that I am unable to fit in. After walking into a restaurant and trying to fit into a booth or several booths I end up having to just leave. It does cause emotional distress and I feel its basically a form of discrimination. they built their seating with thoughts of smaller people no consideration for those of us who are extra large.

This is not a personal injury claim.   I suggest your call restaraunts before you go there to see if they can accomodate your size.
