Question Details: My husbands in the army. And hes cheating on me with one of his own solider. I want to have good evidence that hes cheating on me. But same at time I dont want to do it because I dont know if its legal.

How do you mean spy on his cell phone? You cannot record his calls or otherwise wiretap his cell phone -- that would be a crime.
