Can I sell or trade a car that i re assumed thru bankruptsy

Only, if your bankruptcy has been discharged, dismissed or otherwise closed.  If not, you should talk to the trustee.  If so, it can be treated as any other car loan - if you sell it, you must pay the proceeds to the lienholder and then you may still be liable for the difference.
