Can I revoke a voluntary wage garnishment from a online payday loan company? I live in the state of ky.
Question Details: I have an online payday loan. Part of the agreement stated that if I could not make the payments on time they could garnish my wages. I was unable to make the payments. This is not a court ordered garnishment. They just sent a letter to my employer and started taking my money. Can I get this stopped?

If you signed an agreement giving them the power to do this, then it is a contract--you may not change its terms or stop the garnishment.
