Employment and Labor Law Answers

I am a lawyer in CT and practice in this area of law.  The short answer to this question is that you are not eligible for unemployment if you leave voluntarily.  If you are forced out, you may have some claim discrimination based on your age, but it does not seem that is the issue.  rather, you have a manager that is out of control.  I would look for a new job.
