Can I protest a child support for a child that isn't mine?

If you don't believe that you are the biological father, you need to petition the court for determination of paternity.  You should retain the services of an attorney to handle this matter.  You should not drag your feet on this issue.  Until you prove through the Court that you are not the father of the child, any child support obligation you have will continue to accrue.
