Question Details: I want to know can I move out of state with my minor children? I was never married to their father, there is no court ordered custody papers, he is on their birth certificates, and he is court ordered for child support. So am I able to move legally?

Yes. However, if the natural father has been seeing the children on a regular basis, he could file a petition with the court asking that your home state excercise jurisdiction over children. This means, that you could be forced to come back to court in the state you left.
The current visitation arrangement is key here. If all he does is pay child support, you should not run into any problems.
