Generally no, you can not move out of state.  It would be considered interference with custody and visitation rights of the father and could be considered kidnapping.  If you are considering moving after you are divorced DISCUSS IT NOW before it is too late.  The parties usually agree to a certain amount of miles that each can move away so as to not to interfere with visitation.  Good luck.
