Can I look up probate court records online? My sister inlaw was named executor of my in-laws home by the probate court, but has no record of it.
Question Details: I need the Boston probate court documents to prove that my wife is the owner/occupant of the property we live in, for tax purposes. My mother in law passed w/o a will, and my sister in law hired a lawyer go to probate court and have her named as executor of the estate, but now claims she has no documentation to prove it. I would like to look up the probate court documentation on line if possible. Thank you.
