Can I legally return a used car to the seller and get my money back?
Question Details: The hood is warped and the CD player doesn't work. The car still has a 24 month warranty but the warranty doesn't cover the repairs indicated.

you can only get what your warranty gives you when you have purchased a used car. if you give it back, they will sell it at auctuion and sue you for the difference. this would be discharged in a bankruptcy if needed.
