Question Details: My former employer operates his business in a manner which puts the lives of workers and the general public at risk. A hostile environment at work prevents a resolution of the problem. Can I legally publish a website with all the information and pics about this situation to inform the public of the dangers?

Have you considered contacting OSHA? That would seem to be a better way of protecting the public. You can legally publish material that is true. However, if you publish something about someone that is untrue, it may be defamatory and therefore actionable.
