Can I legally get people to promote my on-line business for free and reward the person who brings me the most business?
Question Details:
I want to do a promotion for my on-line business and my target market is universities across America. My hope is that I can find one representative/student at each university to get other students to register and use my site. Is it legal to reward the one student who brought me the most business from their university by giving them money? Can I legally draw up a contract for them all to sign that says I will pay the one representative who gets the most students to register and make a purchase from my site? If so what kind of contract would I need?
I do not see anything that is illegal. Question is, if you can get these reps agree with your scheme.
