Criminal Defense Law Answers

Although I do not practice law in the State of Maine, here are my initial impressions.  The general rule is that incarceration cannot be a consequence of any civil action.  That being said, I suggest discussing this matter with a Maine attorney in the interest of protecting your rights moving forward.  Good luck.
