CAN I GO TO JAIL?

I"M 18 YEARS OLD AND I GOT MY 17 YEAR OLD GIRLFRIEND PREGNANT. WE LIVE IN IL STATE. SHE'S GONNA BE 18 IN DECEMBER AND I'M GOING TO BE 19 IN NOVEMBER. CAN I GO TO JAIL???

I'm going to guess no--if you are really only 18.  But even you could, I doubt she would be showing before December, if you just got her pregnant.

Actually, I don't know what the law says, but if you could go to jail for that, half the population would become convicted rapists at age 18.
