Can I get out of a satellite TV contract based on misinformation I was told when I signed up?

Question Details:

I signed up even though I was moving to a new home in 5 months. I told the rep this and he said there would be no cost to move the equipment. I called to have it moved and they want to charge me $99. I spoke to a manager and he said the employee was improperly trained but would not waive the fee. What are my options? Can I force them to go through with what was promised?
