Can I get my file from my previous employer?
Question Details: My boss lied about my activities and stated that I commited time fraud and I was fired. This is a lie and the computers will show whose password was used to modify time. I know it was not me. I want to sue for defamation of character in small claims but do I just go in and ask for my file?
