Can I get my criminal record cleared?
Question Details:
I have been in and out of jail since I was 12. I am 52 now. I have a lot of petty thief charges on my record from years of **** addiction. Is it to late to get my record cleared?

I suggest that you hire a lawyer to file an application for expungement. this is a document that permits the parole board to erase the criminal record of people that are deserving. given you age and good behavior, you sound like an excellent candidate. Hire a lawyer to help you file this application.
You may not be eligible under Maryland law for an expungment of your record. It depends on several factors, but generally you cannot get a conviction expunged (unless it was heard in juvenile court).
