Can I get auto insurance now to cover the money that the other parties insurance is saying that I owe?
Question Details: I was in an accident and I didn't have insurance. 3 months later I received information from the other parties auto insurance saying i owe $1,400 in damages. Will getting insurance now help to cover it to keep from coming out of my pocket?
