Can I get an Alcohol Intoxication charged removed?
Question Details: In March of this year(2009) I plead guilty to Alochol Intoxication in Kentucky. I was denied a job because this showed up on my background check. Is there ANY way to get this off of my record so I can get this job??

There is, but it isn't going to be available to you until 2014. I'm not a Kentucky lawyer, but my research suggests that, if you had no prior record, and you go without further criminal charges for five years, you can get the record of this expunged (I'm assuming this wasn't a felony).
It may sound harsh to you right now, but you should understand that your state's law is one of the most liberal in the country on this subject. Other states have a 10 year waiting period, and some states have no really useful expungement procedure at all.
