Can i get a ticket thrown out in nys if the officer put down that i was traveling east bound when i was really going west bound?

Probably not. You could go to trial and, if you could show that information on the ticket was wrong, it could affect the officer's credibility. However, the wrong direction does not warrant an automatic dismissal.
