Can I file criminal charges for slander against an adult step-daughter for claiming that I attempted to initiate a sexual encounter with her?
My adult step-daughter is angry at her mother for reporting her to Child protective Services. my wife is seeking to get custody of her gran daughter but her daughter has made allegations that I tried to have something with her on a previous occasion and this is her reason form not wanting her daughter at our home.
