Can I file bankruptcy if I seperate and move from my spouse?

I do not have the money to fight him for divorce or live on my ow. because of my credit cards.

You can file bankruptcy even if you don't separate from your spouse.  There is no requirement that you file together.  However, depending on the laws of your state, separating may later your budget analysis for eligibility, so you should definitely consult with a bankruptcy attorney in your area to determine what's best in your situation.
