Can I enforce an order of protection for my neighbor standing in front of my house to wait for the school bus?

Question Details: I have a stay away order and my neighbor decided to stand in front of my house while waiting for the school bus. There is no footage on my order, but I felt intimidated while waiting with my child. Her house is next door, and she can wait in her driveway until the bus pulls up. Is this a violation of the order of protection? She has displayed already in other ways to try and provoke me, including making threatss through a third party to have these charges dropped. I have contacted the police on these complaints.

Perhaps the DA or the police might feel she is violating the order of protection.  If so she can be prosecuted for criminal contempt.  You should contact the police or district attorney.  www.NYAttorneyDivorce.com www.CriminalDefense1.com
