Can I be sued for a child falling off my trampoline and breaking their arm even if their parent is present?

Everyone knows that a child jumpoing on a trampoline carries inherent risks.  Trampolines can be dangerous and they carry a significant fall risk.  Generally, the parents would have to show that you were somehow negligent in your care or maintenance of the trampoline and that your negligence caused their daughter to fall and break her arm.  It is possible they may want to establish a claim with your homeowners insurance.  At that point, your homeowners insurance carrier would have to decide if they were going to provide coverage or not depending upon the circumstances surrounding the fall and the terms of your policy.
