I am a lawyer in CT and practice in this area of the law.  The lease governs whether you can be evicted for beign arrested.  If there is a lease that has a clause that speaks to this, especially where the incident occurs at the property, then the landlord may rely on this clause to evict you.  No many leases contain such a clause, but some do.  if there is no lease, the landlord may terminate your lease for any reason at the end of the month becasue month to month tenancies end at the end of each month.  if you have a written lease, i suggest that you show it to a lawyer to review as well as the grounds stated in the notice to quit that the landlord served on you.  Most lawyers will meet with you the first time for free.
