Can I be charged for marijuana possession if neither the paraphernalia nor marijuana is mine simply because I live near it?

Question Details: I have 3 roomates. Police came into our apartment because a neighbor called in supposed gun shot noises. When we opened the door they saw pot and paraphernalia on the counter so they entered. Their is no more than an ounce along with 4 bowls. We all were helpful with the investigation even though we were detained from 2:20-6 in the morning. None of the paraphernalia or marijuana are mine, and all of my roomates claimed so to the police. One even did so seperately from me speaking about it to the officer. Can I be charged along with my roomates or is their testemony enough to keep me innocent?

You can be charged, but the real question is whether or not you can be convicted.  Hopefully, when the case goes in front of a judge, someone would listen to the real offenders.
