Can i Appel a ruling that was Aginst my Father fo Violation of Probation...
Question Details: My Father was Just Givin 6 months in jail fo Failing pass a **** an Alchole Class. He Faled Just because he wasn't talkative. I dont feel its right and tat the courts were wrong int here Ruling and i want to Appeal i got to do somthing. My mom will lose there house if he stay in jail. she needs is pay check to get by. Please help.

You can't appeal your father's case, since you're not an attorney. He'll have to do that himself. But it doesn't sound like there's much of a chance of getting this reversed. I don't know how you know what went on in his class, or why he failed it, but I don't think it matters very much. Even if you were able to get a court to actually look into the failure report, it would be your father's word against the people giving the class, and that's a very steep hill to climb, unless you have some very unusual evidence.
