can employer garnish pay for towing when escrow account is setup for such things
i was a truck driver and was arrested on an warrant from 2005 i was not aware of, my truck was towed, escrow account of 500 was set up for those types of things but employer took my final paycheck also, is this legal?

This sounds illegal.  You should contact the Texas Workforce Commission and discuss a wage claim with them.
