Can drivinig violations be pushed back to the occurance date rather than the sentencing date with order from a jodge?

Question Details: I was arested for leaving the scene of an accident jan 14 of 2006. Sentenced on Dec. 19th of 2006. From that same court case the judge ordered another violation of using my motor vehicle in a felony April of 2009. I've dremant of truck driving most of my life and ready to get started on a career path. Is there any legal action I can take to push back sentencing date to occurance date so my chances of driving affordably and for a career are better.

I don't know of anything at all that can help you.  The sentencing date is the sentencing date, it's in the books and it won't be changed.  You won't be eligible for expungement, if at all, until five years after you have finished the last sentence imposed, without any further criminal history or pending charges.

I'm puzzled by the additional violation, from the 2006 incident, this past spring, and a local attorney with all the details might be able to find something irregular or improper with that, which might help you somewhat by reducing the number of charges on your record, or at least eventually (possibly by making you eligible for expungement sooner).
