Son pulled over for no reason but found to have 1/4 oz meth. Charged. Cops took his keys and entered his apartment 2 cities away looking for drugs and money which they did not find. The search sounds a bit illegal. Since nothing was found in the apartment, nothing would happen in the court. If they did find something and search was determined illegal, then the evidence would be thrown out. That does not affect the meth found in the car though.
