Can an illegal immigrant get child custody?
Question Details: I'm getting a divorce from my wife, she is a US citizen. The reason why I'm getting a divorce is because she has decided to be single and have fun. She goes out to dances every weekend and spends a lot of time on her phone. She watches over our two sons while I'm at work. We lived togethere but we fight a lot and I don't want our kids to grow up in an environment like that. So I was wondering since I'm not legal can I still get custody of my kids or have partial? I want to do this because I don't want her to do something against me like her moving and taking them away.
