Can an email hold up as a contract?
Question Details: I am trying to find out if an email exchange in which the terms of an agreement are clearly stated, and both parties clearly state they agree to these terms, be held as a legal contract between the parties?

As long as that email exchange clearly shows a mutual agreement between the parties to that exchange, as to all material terms of that agreement, with no essential terms left open, the email exchange can in fact prove the existence of a contract. This will require some legal analysis, so you should consider retaining legal counsel to assist you.
