Can Aaron's rental service in Amarillo, TX file theft charges on me if the item rented was stolen from me, and I filed a theft report?
Question Details: I rented a blu ray player from Aaron's rentals in Amarillo, TX and the player was stolen from my house while i was in the process of moving and Aaron's says that they will and can file theft charges on me. I was just wondering if this is possible?
