DUI / DWI Law Answers

I am a lawyer in CT and practice in this area of the law.  The right to practice law is regulated by the state bar.  if there is an arrest and the state bar wants to take action against th lawyer, it may do so and hold a hearing to determine what if any consequences will be imputed to the lawyer for his conduct.  however, if the bar committed chooses not to suspend the lawyer's license or take any action, then the lawyer can continue to practice law.
