No, No and No! I was in the Folcroft District Court in Delaware County, recently, and an employee was successfully prosectuted for secretly recording a supervisor and the employee, during a conversation as to the discipline of the employee. The employee, without consent, had used her cell phone to record the conversation. Pennsylvania has a criminal statute that prohibits the nonconsensual recording.
