Can a person take a bankruptcy before the marriage is legally dissolved?
Can a person take a bankruptcy before the marriage is legally dissolved in Texas?

This is a question better suited to your bankruptcy attorney.  That said, Bankruptcy stays ALL legal proceedings affecting the financial or property rights of the filing party.  So yes, you can, but the divorce cannot be granted until the stay is lifted or the bankruptcy complete.
