can a person still file a claim against opti-free replenish

I am a lawyer in CT and practice in this area of the law.You may file a lawsuit agains this company if the product is defectivce and/or unreasonably dangerous.  I suggest that you go see a doctor to determine whether you are allergic to the product.  the product may not be unreasonably dangerous to everyone, just you.  you will not be able to maintain a claim if the product is simply affecting you unless there is some ineffective warning.  I suggest that you take the bottle to the doctor and find out if the bottle provides a fair warning.
