I am a lawyer in CT and practice in this area of the law. I would need to know more facts as to who the organization is and what kind of property the organization entered, but generally, you may exclude people from your private property and they may not enter and film for purposes of making money without your consent. i suggest hiring a lawyer to file an injunction preventing the company from entering your property.
